By accessing the pt999 platform in any manner — including browsing, registering, depositing, wagering, or withdrawing — you irrevocably accept this Agreement. Acceptance is deemed to have occurred at the earliest point at which you interact with pt999 services.

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on the pt999 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details, and your preferred payment method. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

pt999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pt999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information

• Harassing, abusing, or threatening pt999 staff or other players through any communication channel

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pt999 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any pt999 content without prior written consent
• Use the pt999 brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement
• Scrape, frame, or mirror pt999 content on any other website or application
• Reverse-engineer or decompile any pt999 software

Any unauthorised use of pt999 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to legal proceedings for damages and injunctive relief.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pt999 excludes all liability for:

• Any losses arising from your participation in games or wagering activities on the platform, whether as a result of skill, chance, or both
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of or inability to use the pt999 platform
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside pt999's reasonable control, including internet outages, payment provider downtime, force majeure events, or actions of third-party service providers
• Any loss of data, opportunity, or profit arising from technical errors or platform unavailability

In all circumstances, pt999's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your pt999 account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Closure by the player: You may request closure of your pt999 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no active bonus wagering requirements remain. Self-exclusion requests made under the Responsible Gaming programme are processed separately and take immediate effect.

Termination by pt999: pt999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A player has breached any provision of this Agreement
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity is suspected or confirmed
• A player fails to complete required verification within a reasonable timeframe
• A player is found to be under 21 years of age
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to pt999, other players, or third parties

Upon termination for cause, pt999 may withhold balances pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, any balance due will be returned promptly. Where wrongdoing is confirmed, funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable policies.

pt999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pt999 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the pt999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not materially alter player rights, or updates required by changes in applicable law — may take effect immediately without prior notice.

This Agreement and all matters arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. For bet settlement disputes, please submit a formal written complaint within seven (7) days of the disputed event. pt999 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within 14 working days. Our decision on all bet settlement matters is final once the formal complaints process has been completed.

For unresolved account or financial disputes, pt999 will escalate the matter through its internal compliance and management review process. You will be kept informed of progress at each stage.
